Your blog is your personal outlet and it's up to you when you write. As already said better to write once or twice a week with something worth reading than everyday as a forced and maybe dull entry.

I also have a busy life and it's not always possible to blog everyday. It's ridiculous for anyone to take you off the list for infrequent posts, as if they are not getting their moneys worth!

I agree whole-heartedly. Some people are serious about their feeds though. Still, you go to school and work also, thus it is quite obvious that you won't post daily, unless you are trying to make a job out of blogging :)
Blogging should be fun, and I would prefer a blog that updated only sometimes and contained good content, than a blog that updated daily, and contained mediocre content.

That's kind of an odd thing to tell someone (that they're unsubscribing from your feed for too infrequent posts). But people are weird, don't stress over it.
