What the Hell is Lexicon Digital?

Started by LOR3N · 9 months ago

In the beautiful Seattle airport last weekend and I decided to purchase the most current issue of WIRED. Browsing through the countless hard liquor ads I found a celebrity startup section about half way through. To my surprise, the beloved David Caruso of CSI: Miami fame has a startup called ... • I agree. Since six months we hear nothing but "..that is a secret we casn't tell. BS! I say, it will turn out to be ANOTHER Caruso-failure
  • 1. The fact that you're just finding out about Lexicon 6 months after they first announced the launch indicates a failure to keep abreast of new enterprises.
    2. The fact that your first (and only, till now) comment is from a confirmed David Caruso stalker who, of course, understands nothing except harassment.
    3. The fact that you fail to mention Caruso's two partners, both experts in their field (Nils Lahr and Frank Nein).
    4. Your point is............................?
  • And YOUR opoint IS, Samantha? Other than your head being far up Caruso's bony ass?
It is a great article nothing more or less. Can't deal with criticism? Too bad.

I LOVE THE SENTENCE: Lexicon Digital wants to be the bullet that kills TV. Sadly, I think that bullet will ricochet and kill Lexicon Digital.
  • I don't think I would write this off so soon. They have a great concept with three knowledgeble backers. If Lexicon can overcome the format wars, that alone with send their stock soaring.

And what Samantha says is true. The person commenting here as "Vixen" is a psuedonym being used by Caruso's real life Austrian stalker who was scheduled to be tried on April 16 for stalking and threatening to murder David Caruso. She fled Austria to avoid prosecution and has been on the lam ever since. This crazed individual wages an Internet hate war against the actor on a daily basis by flooding sites and blogs with disparaging comments on sites that mention his name.

Last week, "The Miami Herald's" Lesley Abravanel fell victim when she posted a Caruso sighting in her blog. You can see for yourself the spamathon that ensued. Keep in mind that most of the comments posted were by Caruso's stalker using multiple pseudonyms as well as stealing Lesley and my screen names as well: http://blogs.herald.com/scene_in_the_tropics/20...

    Good luck to you.

  • I bet if you were to ask Caruso what exactly the company he does he would say the same thing over, it's making things "generally easier." I think the other two founders have made him a note card with what to say.

It will interesting to see if they introduce anything in the next few months.
  • @sarakanne

Thanks for the information. I hadn't known about this until now.
  • @ sarakanne...who cares...except you?
